The Lagos State Government has re-arraigned notorious billionaire kidnapper Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans, at the Lagos High Court in Ikeja.

Evans and his co-defendant, Joseph Emeka, are facing a five-count charge that includes murder, attempted murder, and conspiracy to commit kidnapping, following the killing of two police officers.

Both defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges before Justice A. O. Ogala.
